This two-day course focuses on the basics of protein conjugation and crosslinking.

 

The first day consists of theory lectures where the chemistry of crosslinking and the parameters to consider in choosing the crosslinker agent will be described.

On the second day, a crosslinking reaction will be performed between an antibody and a fluorescent protein, followed by resin purification with IgG binding Protein A or G.
